The rear solar panel is much more shiny than the original as well. It looks brand new but the box had already been open. I’d say, even if it’s not a perfect match to the original, it will do fine as a backup and will hold up in value as just that. It’s definitely difficult to tell whether it’s a true Samsung remote but I’m happy with it.
