Items were received quickly and in new condition. However, the items themselves are of poor manufacturing quality (i.e. break open easily, lumpy and granulated texture of inside material, and some of the items were covered in small clear plastic shell pieces that were sharp and almost glass-like). I ended up throwing them all away as they are more of a liability than a stress ball.
