Item arrived in packaging that was completely demolished. I am not sure if seller or shipping service wrapped it in shrink wrap to try to give the packaging structural integrity. As for the item itself, the cords were tangled into a rat's nest of knots, but once I got it all untangled the product does work as advertised and had all the relevant pieces. I think it would have been better to ship this in a new box, rather than try to keep the original box that was falling apart, but otherwise ok
