Had some trouble with the post office. Package seemed to be hung up in the origin post office. Once seller was aware of the situation, they offered to replace the item if it was not delivered within the next two business days. Don’t know if they did something on their end, but package arrived within those two business days.
I really appreciated their immediate action once they became aware of the problem, and their offer to send a replacement item if the issue was not quickly resolved.
