Ordered from a German vendor, shipped from Poland so be ready for the import duties. Part also took over a week to arrive in UK. This unit had clearly sat on a shelf for a long time and was faulty on arrival. Accepted a partial refund as part was rare and have had to have it repaired locally for another £300 which was more than the refund. Beware parts clearly come untested. Vendor would have taken part back but duties already paid so we were in a no-win situation.

UK is not a part of EU (after Brexit), so there is no option NOT to pay duties when part come from Germany or any other point of EU. Your are a company so you will get mostly all duties as VAT return. We ask you to return part if you don’t like it. You tell us that you prefer to fix it and need partially refund. We make what you want and get negative. Thanks for your opinion.
