As described and came factory sealed. Idk what the other negative comment was about (saying that they are fake) these are legit beats earbuds. Earbuds themselves are like any beats headphones, lots of bass. If you don't like bass being the primary sound you hear then these aren't for you. For fitness though these are great. Didn't slip out of my ears even once on my test drive with them on a 6 mile run. Fast shipping came 4 or 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery day. Seller communication A+.
