Not sure if buyer left feedback for the wrong seller?? Item shipped same day, the buyer never reached out stating there were any issues with the shipping or the item itself but left negative review 2 months later. There appears to be a 2 day delay in the postal service shipping but this would be out of our control. The item was 2 seals for a gear box which if not installed correctly and with care could lead to unsatisfactory results. A full refund of the $10 order would have been issued if asked
