For a graded comic book, the packaging was a massive disappointment. They did not mail it in a hard cardboard outer box, but rather a soft mailer that provided no protection. The inside was just a makeshift gemini mailer that was completely sealed with masking tape and not painters tape. Never use anything other than painters tape inside.
Luckily the comic was undamaged, but the lack of care wasn't unnoticed. Will never buy from again.
