NIB item was exactly as described in the listing. Excellent communication. I'd definitely buy from this seller again! One thing, though: Janome has a strict warranty program. If you don't buy from one of their dealers, you can't register for the warranty. Not a deal breaker for me but it might be for some. It required a change to the Janome web site to add an “other” option to the dealer selections. This machine has been registered, and the warranty is fully valid.
