That would have been fair? This is a decent manual for the Mondeo and definitely good value for money, at less than a costa coffee in some places. Asking for help before leaving trigger happy negative feedback would have been decent of you.. Lot's of negative feedback left for other sellers, almost every other item?! Beware.
