    Due to a stock taking error, the pedals were not available. I received a very genuine apology from the seller with an offer of a financial discount on the next grade down of pedals. As these pedals would be a mismatch for the Ultegra items already on the bike, I declined the offer and requested a refund, this was instantly actioned. There are rubbers on the end of pencils for a reason, people make mistakes. I have no issues with this oversight and would like to wish the seller all the best
