Seller allocated a tracking number but now 10 days later there is still no record or evidence it was ever posted. Seller offered partial refund as compensation for the delay, but then said he would cancel the transaction and refund my payment in full. 3 days later it is still not cancelled and still I have no refund. I pay and funds transfer immediately, so what's the holdup?? I would much rather have had what I ordered delivered. This disrespectful treatment of a customer is disgraceful.
