    Blade is not good huge vibration reducing ring didn't fit so had to buy one reducing ring should be 25-22.23

    The blade with vibration means it didn't fit well. Other than the reducing ring, we need to add two large washers (or flanges) beside the both sides of the blade. There is no information about the cutting machine you are using so we could not determine the problem from the blade itself. If it is not used, you are welcome to return it.
