Once the transmission got here it was nicely wrapped and in a cardboard box while being strapped to the pallet. This seller does go above and beyond. Do not hesitate to purchase from. Sent message and was informed they were out of stock when kit was sent. Missing parts were sent by Fed-ex. In Southeast Oklahoma thing work different than other places. Delivery man brought missing parts on Friday before kit was delivered and hung them on the porch. I didn't think to look there. Good job anyway.
