I ordered 3 of the same product. One of them failed to perform the basic functionality, provide room temperature and humidify at the advertised accuracy. The bad product reads a fixed negative temperature regardless of the actual temperature so there is a clear problem with the hardware. Aside from that the none of the units perform according to the protocol spec either. I contacted seller for each of these issues. They said they will ship a replacement asap, but 4 days later still no update.
