I never received the item. When I inquired about it the seller just said it was the postal services fault that the tracking number didn't work. Then she messaged me calling me a "terrible person" because she thought I sent it back to her because it was marked "undeliverable" -- I never received the item so I couldn't have sent it back (that would have been "return to sender"). I was very unprofessional to falsely accuse and name call, when all I wanted was to receive the item.
