Apparently his account was frozen due to a fraud claim after I paid for the item. He refused to send the item since eBay was holding the funds, and told me he was just going to ditch the account if they didn't unlock it. My sister was dying in the hospital, and someone tried to steal the two iPads I sold from a different auction. As such, eBay froze everything, and I couldn't get around to rectifying everything to handle his 60-dollar purchase! I still rectified everything and got someone to send this @$$ho!e his card while living out of a suitcase from the ER. Even offered a refund but this POS had to have his card.
