    The sandals were what I expected and I am delighted to have them. The Fed Ex experience was not good at all. First they were going to deliver on Friday, but didn't. Then it was to be on Saturday; the delivery person reported that it was addressed to the wrong apartment number, although it wasn't. I called Fed Ex, and the customer service rep acknowledged that the apartment number was not wrong. The item was finally thrown into my building's vestibule today.
