- t***l (675)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI DID NOT CANCEL THIS ITEM. I am greatly disappointed in this company. I complained about a pair of blue earring which are FAKE, so they canceled this item. Really tacky and unprofessional.
- a***i (187)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseMy Mom unfortunately did not like the item. Seller was very good at communication and promptly sent me a return label.
- t***l (675)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseBelieve me, I tried to communicate with the seller about my concerns that stones are not real. As in not real I mean glass. I am a GIA graduate gemologist and these are fake. A legit Aqua marine this clear is in the thousands, not hundreds. They know this too because the "cert" has zero claim, if they were real (even lab). I asked if they would refund partially but they declined. My option is to warn buyers about great looking product worth far less then they are charging. its criminal.
