In fact, the VAT is paid by buyer when paying for the order, not pay by seller. Therefore you should have paid it when checking out the order. The VAT paid IOSS number was also mark on the shipment lable. We also don't understand why you need to pay extra VAT. We recommend you to check with your local custom if any VAT is paid extra. We can provid the VAT paid IOSS number to you again if needed for your checking with custom.
