    The mount was listed as Certified Open Box in like new condition all the way around and what I received was definitely used and shows moderate wear - rub marks, gouges, a little surface rust in a couple of places, etc. When I contacted the seller about it, they doubled down and implied that I was being unreasonable, told me that the description was eBay’s fault and that if I wasn’t happy with having a used unit I should buy a new one. They wouldn’t accept any responsibility for the situation.
