    Bought these around Sept 4. They were marked for tracking but they neglected to drop them in the mail. I contacted them last week, no answer, no mailing. I sent a SECOND REQUEST all caps and said I would be requesting a refund. Finally, they were put in the mail after lame excuse of being in hospital. If you can mark them for tracking, then you certainly have the knowledge and honesty to get them in the mail and be mindful of your obligation, regardless. Normally DO NOT have to do so much.
