He failed to do that & 1 of the cookies were smashed in to very small pieces. I'm surprised that more cookies were not smashed because of the very small box that was used for mailing. It is not good practice to make a buyer pay for damaged goods. As a buyer, if I have no control over the process i.e. packaging, shipping, or lack of insurance. How could I ever be financially responsible? It is the cost of doing business. I will never purchase from Seller, Kateyspalace, again. It is not because of the mishap.
