The item ran small and I brought to sellers attention - she had no interest in helping me resolve the situation. Simply said " I don't accept returns." Followed by "Ebay asked me to report you". I had to escalate to ebay customer service for Buyer Protection and ask them to step in because seller REFUSED to provide good customer service. On my listings I choose not to accept returns. In my listing I put the size and pictures of the size. If there truly was something wring with the item or a mistake on my part I would be the first to admit it and offer a refund. You lied by stating that the item was not a described because they "did not fit."
