It was clearly used and had marks and old adhesive tape that comes on a drone that was already assembled. But the part was in good condition but was not new and was 100% a used part just because it was placed in a little plastic bag inside of a little plastic holder doesn't make it new. So next time just be clear that you're selling Used parts that are in good condition. I installed the part and it works but new it was not.
