My package with Uptown Theater was received timely. However, packing job was far from sufficient. Bottom wrapping was not nearly thick enough and we opened and the whole back, bottom right corner of the building was broken off! There were other chips around the bottom as well. My husband was thrilled anyway and is one of those people who will glue it as best as can be done and it will be fine with him. Packing was not nearly sufficient.
