    These are directly from Sephora (they carry this brand), and I swear to god all of them are brand new and never opened. (As mentioned, this is not sealed, but i can gurrantee is never used) I am not sure what went on with the one you received, (as I only knew these products are not sealed but I never open them one by one to check) however, if you still not feel comfortable, I have my 100% Satisfaction guarantee policy in place and you can send the item back for full refund including postage
