      The mug arrived broken. The packaging could have been done with more care, filling the internal spaces between the box and the mug with paper or more bubble wrap, for example. Before purchasing, I asked the seller to be careful with the packaging. Anyway, I didn't have a good experience, I bought a product that arrived broken. I spoke to the seller and he just said he was sorry about what happened.
