One of the thermometers were broken, likely in transit. The seller responded to my message quickly, and sent out a replacement which arrived faster than the original order in just 2 or 3 days. Overall I was happy because items were as described, and I had no problems with the seller sending me a replacement. Overall 4 out of 5 stars and a decent customer experience.
