    The item had been shipped but there was no tracking on the item. After several days I asked if it had shipped and they said yes and that u should have received it. Unfortunately the item never showed up. I believe this has something to do with USPS. I was given a full refund upon request. That's the kind of customer service I like. No runaround. Great communication from the seller when i had a question. Thanks for the refund.
