The product was good but the sender was supposed to send it express post as stated on the listing but instead just sent it normal parcel post.

This seller offers better discounts and other products on their website. I asked to cancel my orders (within minutes of purchase) - as I was going to purchase directly, along with other things! They only cancelled one of my purchases and have shipped the other?! Stating they cannot cancel as they have shipped already. Sadly this has been a rude/weird experience, and I will not be purchasing directly or again from this seller.
