My purchase, shipping and delivery was perfect. Unfortunately the front wheel had some blemishes. I assumed I'd have to go thru a long return process. No! They opened a brand new "set" of 2 wheels, and immediately sent me the front wheel to replace it. There's no way they could have handled the situation any better. I recommend them 100%. Reign Bike = A+.
