    Yes, I contacted the seller, when I received it! I couldn't get it to work, he said it was user error, because it was brand new. I tried to get him to help me, but he wouldn't. He made me feel stupid, even though I have had scanners for 18 years, and never had a problem. I tried to get it to work, but finally gave up, and wished to return it, but that isn't happening, now I'm out almost $85.00, with nothing to show for it! He's a bad seller!!! I can see where the tape was removed, and put back!
