Excellent communication! Had a mix up with the post office and he promptly refunded my money when the playing cards were said delivered but weren't here. Being an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran I was very much looking forward to them. 5 days after the cards were supposedly delivered they showed up. Mail man delivered them to the wrong appartment. I tried to pay him again but he refused to take payment and said keep them as a gift! Thank you. 20/10!!!
