    Programmable pressure cooker arrived damaged. The box appeared too small for item and had no packing. The plastic parts were damaged as was the control panel. I contacted seller-sent pictures of damage. He did refund $16.08 0f $53.36 payment. He also told me I could still use it. I can t-at least not safely. I hesitate to leave negative feedback but it was a negative experience.
