When I arrived in Singapore and had my 30 day sim card activated it would not connect. I contacted the seller and was told what to do. We did that and still nothing. We are 2 weeks into our 30 days and the only message we receive is we need to purchase more time. We were supposed to have 30 days talk data, and text. We have NO SERVICE! I do not know what to do because I purchased another card which is to be activated on March 13,2023 for the second leg of our to Japan and do have much hope
