The box was huge, and it also had a different product number on it. I will NEVER USE this seller again. They took too long to reply to my messages, and I am still waiting to get my money back. I will by my reflectors from Westcott. The reflector is large when opened, which is stated in the details of the listing. The item was shipped on the 10th of Oct - received on 11th and they messaged within 30 min of receiving them item instantly angry and demanding full refund. The didn't get a response from us for 1 hour and they claimed to ebay that we took too long to respond and opened an item not received case. We would have had no issue taking a return but this seller is not willing to return the item.
