- r***n (1113)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchase9 days after payment and ignoring two requests for tracking, seller refunded order. Still no reply when asked why. I should have studied their other items, low sales volume and feedback. My guess for refund is because I was only bidder on an expensive item and they hoped for more than minimum bid. This is in violation of eBay policy.
