    How can you be so unreasonable? You wanted to buy a speedometer, but ended up getting a fuel gauge instead, and you're filing a return claiming we sent you the wrong item. We've been very reasonable and even provided you with a return label. It's only natural that we wouldn't refund the shipping costs for a mistake. It wasn't our fault, so why should we be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs?
