After the fall, the Doctor meets with Amy Pond and the two work together in an attempt to derail an alien plot to destroy Planet Earth. Directed by Adam Smith, Andrew Gunn, Jonny Campell, and Catherine Morshead, Doctor Who: The Complete Fifth Series was written by Steven Moffat and aired on the BBC network. This sci-fi show features an outstanding cast, some of which includes Matt Smith as the Eleventh Doctor, Karen Gillan as Amy Pond, and Arthur Darvill as Rory Williams. The six-disc set of Doctor Who: The Complete Fifth Series has an approximate runtime of about nine hours and is compatible with Region 1 players. The special features include Doctor Who: Confidentials, outtakes, video diaries, commentaries, and deleted and extended scenes from the production of the season.
