I bought a ring from this seller in a size he claimed to be 21mm( size 11). I generally wear size 11, so i was expecting the ring to be pretty tight. Turns out it was massive. It wouldnt even fit my thumb. Pretty disappointed because I really like the way the ring looks. Craftsmenship is good. I contacted the seller and was told returns would be too expensive to be worthwhile. I wasnt offered a refund or a reduced rate for next purchase or anything.
