I gave the year make and model of my car and the item received did not fit. When I gave my VIN they said I had to return it. I packaged it up and traveled to a nearby town to return on Aug 27th and it was delivered Sept 8th. On Sept 23 they said they had not received the return. I sent the tracking number. They said they had received the item and to wait 24-48 hours for the refund. Even eBay said to wait before they would step in. It has been 72 hours and still no refund. A total cluster.
