    Bought what I was assumed a genuine leather cover for my iPad, received a faux Pu leather material glued to a cardboard backing, seller denied this was not 100% real leather until I cut it up and sent him a photo, then he said it was his suppliers fault and changed some description on his website, but this is not on, deceiving buyers on purpose or unknowingly is not good, left it in eBay’s hand to sort out.

    I have said to buyer if you have any issue with it then please send it back to us and I will issue you full refund or send you a replacement but didn't listen me an now he leave a negative feedback. Now what I can do.
