I asked the seller for directions he said just plug it in and its done.... nothing about what the different colors stand for when you press the button or how to go from low to high!

The box itself had a shipping label on it from Costco to someone else clearly indicating it was bought from Costco originally. The kicker was the frame still had pictures of someone on it and had their name on it.
