Look at the majority of the pictures provided by the buyer in feedback, the piece is still in the ring they are saying that fell out… then they provide a picture out of the ring after they wore it for some time… its a vintage hand made ring, we can’t be held responsible for what happens to it while being worn or provide a duration it should last. We recommend glue to secure the piece in the setting after they knocked it out. Can also recommend going to a jeweler. Just was trying to help.
