It could not be fixed by anyone as internal PCB traces were destroyed in that area. You were refunded 100% & simply paid for return shipping as agreed. There is no guarantee of any unit being repairable. Neutral feedback implies we had some kind of fault for not being able to know if your unit could be fixed before diagnosing it. A negative connotation to perspective buyers who do not understand.
