The seller delivered the item on time and in good condition. But I am not happy because now that my new shower is built and I could try the water power & learn where the hot & cold positions were, I've found that the handheld part of the head will not stay in. I have wrapped it around the shower controls as it is too heavy to let it just hang. I have yet to actually use it in the shower and am so disappointed. The only thing I can think to do is to trash it and replace with a single head.Bummer.
