Dress was missing a belt. Vendor said there was no photo of a belt but there were belt loops. (Another identical dress they were selling showed a belt, so why wouldn’t mine have one also?) Plus it stated in the description that it was 95 percent cotton, 5 percent polyester. It was very obviously a shiny, stretchy (cheap) fully polyester dress.
