Item was as described and arrived on time. Material is really nice. It’s a really cute pattern. Bought size large. It fits nicely on my dog. For reference she’s 45 pounds and her neck measures 20”. The scarf seemed a little large, but I folded it a couple times which also helps the tie stay in place and I like that. (See my pic of that too) A+++++ seller!
