If you are in any way unsatisfied, please feel free to return them. You are probably accustomed to rigid filter cartridges, but these are flexible double-sided floss. In order for them to fit snugly in the filter chamber, they must be slightly larger to make the cartridge bow & stay in place. Also, more importantly, Ginger carbon is the only filter material we use in our service business and retail store.
